Terms and Conditions — soltpk Platform Rules

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and soltpk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and entertainment service available at soltpk.win. By accessing the soltpk website, creating a player account, or using any feature of the platform — whether that is depositing funds, playing any game, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the soltpk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use soltpk, you must meet all of the following requirements:

soltpk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned subject to verification of the account holder's identity.

03 Account Registration and Security

Creating an account on soltpk is free. You are required to provide a valid email address, a mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. All information must be accurate and belong to you personally.

Once your account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account — including deposits, wagers, bonus claims, and withdrawal requests — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated that activity.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact soltpk support immediately. The platform will take reasonable steps to secure your account, but soltpk cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep credentials secure.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be identified, merged or closed, and any suspicious balances may be withheld pending investigation.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must update your account information promptly if it changes — particularly your email address and mobile number, as these are used for security verification and payment processing.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. This typically involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC or passport. Completing this step early avoids delays when you want to withdraw winnings.

04 Deposits

All deposits on the soltpk platform are made in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed on your end, you should contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• soltpk does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with them before depositing.
• Deposits are made voluntarily and are non-refundable once credited to your account balance and wagered, except where required by applicable consumer protection standards.
• soltpk reserves the right to request proof of the deposit method used, particularly during withdrawal processing or account verification.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time from the cashier section of your account, provided your identity verification is complete and your account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same PKR payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times depend on your VIP tier. Standard processing times range from same-day for Gold tier and above to up to three working days for Bronze tier accounts. Elite players receive the fastest processing available. All times are targets — actual processing may be affected by volume or payment provider delays outside our control.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to accounts and payment methods verified in your name.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• soltpk may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and does not indicate any problem with your account.
• Withdrawals are subject to daily and monthly limits, which are displayed in the cashier. VIP tier upgrades increase these limits automatically.
• Requests to withdraw funds to a method different from the one used to deposit require additional verification and may take longer to process.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account once any triggering conditions (such as a qualifying deposit) are met.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Exploiting bonus structures, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms is strictly prohibited.
• soltpk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, any wagering already completed toward requirements will be honoured on a pro-rated basis.
• If a technical error results in an incorrectly credited bonus, soltpk reserves the right to correct the error regardless of whether any wagering has taken place using those funds.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts making their first deposit only.

07 Gameplay and Fair Use

The soltpk game library includes Slot Games, Live Casino (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and more), Bingo, and a range of table games in the Game Lobby. All games are provided by licensed third-party developers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems. The house holds a mathematical edge on every game — this is inherent to how gaming platforms operate and is not hidden or misrepresented.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith and for personal entertainment only. The following actions are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation:

08 VIP Programme

The soltpk VIP programme automatically rewards players based on their real-money wagering activity across all eligible games. The programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. Points are accumulated with each real-money wager and tier upgrades happen automatically once the required point threshold is reached.

VIP benefits include higher PKR withdrawal limits, cashback credited in PKR, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive promotions, and — from Platinum tier upward — a dedicated account manager. The specific thresholds and benefits for each tier are published on the VIP page and are subject to periodic review.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bonus-funded wagers do not contribute to VIP point accumulation unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. If wagering activity drops below the maintenance threshold for a tier during a review period, the account may be moved to the tier that matches current activity.
• VIP cashback is credited as real money (withdrawable) unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• soltpk reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, point values, or benefits with reasonable advance notice. Existing points accumulated will not be cancelled due to a threshold change.
• VIP status is non-transferable and may not be combined across multiple accounts.

09 Responsible Gaming

Using these tools carries no penalty of any kind on your account or VIP standing.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from soltpk.

• Screen recording or streaming of soltpk gameplay for commercial purposes without written authorisation is prohibited.
• The soltpk brand name and logo may not be used in any external context — including social media profiles, websites, or promotional material — without explicit written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

soltpk provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality. However, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on your end, or circumstances outside soltpk's reasonable control.

• soltpk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to a technical error, except where such an error is directly attributable to soltpk's negligence.
• In the event of a game malfunction that produces an incorrect outcome or payout, soltpk reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager. No further compensation will be due in such cases.
